Overview
We were commissioned by LABS to create a content bank, social media reels, homepage video, and corporate advert for their luxury co-working spaces and STAY serviced apartments in London. The content formed part of their campaign to rebrand and bring new life, warmer colours, and a refreshed visual identity to their spaces.
The corporate ad became the key asset in their paid media campaign, displayed in airport lounges across the UK in partnership with Virgin Atlantic.

Our Approach
Everything was shot in 9x16 to ensure every clip could be repurposed across social media, despite the format's challenge for achieving cinematic quality. All footage was captured at high frame rates to emphasise the luxury feel.
Models were cast who naturally fit the co-working and hotel environment, blocking scenes across different locations within LABS' spaces. The goal was to showcase the diverse range of amenities and how they could be used in context. Models were styled to represent the ideal clientele, with outfit colours chosen to complement the brand guidelines. Props were carefully selected to add realism.
We highlighted the beautiful architecture of both the co-working spaces and apartements, using natural light to emphasise the beauty of each space in a cinematic yet authentic way. For the 16x9 corporate ad, we split the frame into vertical thirds to create motion and showcase more of the space in a shorter amount of time.
